UPSTREAM ARTS RECEIVES A VSA MINNESOTA ACCESS GRANT We are honored to be a recipient of a $15,000 Access Grant from VSA Minnesota. This support allows us to host a series of trainings for our teaching artists, including a week long intensive training on American Sign Language. UPSTREAM ARTS RECEIVES NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS GRANT We are honored to be a recipient of a $35,000 Learning in the Arts for Children and Youth grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
